Clearly the OP is a newb, and his error was addressed in the post above mine. No need to come aboard him in an aggressive manner; politely educating him as Still alive did is the right thing to do. I'm sure he didn't make the mistake to offend you personally, as you seem to have taken it.

Yet, you didn't have the courage or integrity to apologize for addressing me in error in a borderline unhinged post.

Thanks for adding soooooo much to the forum /sarcasm. When Bearhunter is trying to help the OP avoid jail time, you sit there and call him a coward. You call it 'unhinged' but it is pretty clear without any name calling (something you seem to have been unable to avoid) he makes all the points that need to be made.

And people wonder why many of us have stopped commenting on the forum or not nearly to the same extent.


P.S. animal abusers are the scum of the earth, the fact you even suggest taking it out on a defenceless animal shows the character of the writer.

As for the NEWBIE. He was running off at the keyboard and giving out WAY TO MUCH information. This sort of meandering gets people into trouble on a regular basis. I was hoping to instill some very quick common sense into him before this happened.

Funny, I kinda thought telling a new guy to shut up AFTER he'd acknowledged his error and said he'd correct it to be just the sort of thing to dissuade someone from posting further. He was already clear on the point. We can agree to disagree, but I also think yelling at someone who lacks knowledge isn't very productive and the same result would be achieved by politely explaining it as another poster ALREADY did - precisely why I didn't mention it, as it had a been addressed and acknowledged.

I'm not sure an absence of posts like that are any great loss.

Tyegamic shut up now, get your magazines pinned or modified to hold only 10 rounds. In the meantime disassemble the mags into components to keep them legal. The way your magazines are now makes them PROHIBITED DEVICES.

Also, take the Restricted Possession and Acquisition course before you do or say something else in an ignorant manner that will get you into trouble in a real hurry.

As the executor your are deemed to have a possession license until the pistol is disposed of. I don't believe an Authorization To Transport to or from a range goes along with that.

Just to clarify, I'm not the executor, my Wife is, we both have our restricted (long before her father passed away), I am fully aware of the clip restriction. I simply was posting I was surprised it held more. Other than to post the firearms for sale we have not handled them, now that the Wife is legal owner of the restricted we did look at them a lot closer (ie checked the mag capacities out), all fixed all good.
