Not sure how many times we have to say these aren't going out reverse chronologically... We get slammed for not replying enough in these threads but anything we say is just lost in the madness and endless bashing.

Starting to think it would be better to lock this up, focus more of our attention on processing orders, maybe reopen after everything's been sent out

Yes the 7 dollar sling woo hoo lol. Haven't got that free mag yet.

No free mag is worth enduring these threads looking for updates .

It is what it is, just saying I won't do it again.

These are the same ones that the military uses, not an eBay knockoff. They certainly cost us more than $7 thats for sure

As mentioned before we decided the preorder was the best way to ensure everyone that wanted a rifle would be given an opportunity. We included long term preorder bonuses worth over 10% item value and offered full money back at any time with no questions asked. The other option was smaller batches, panic buying, selling out in 5 mins with website crashes, EE scalping, etc.

Not sure what we could have done differently, maybe hire someone full time to monitor and reply to threads on type 81s? Add another 16 months the on top of the delivery window in case what we were promised by poly wasn't right?

Wow good to see so many replies from TI.

I think alot of us are just killing time, the bashing gets out of hand but in reality all of us are anxiously awaiting our rifles. Thanks for doing the work to bring in what to some of us is the most anticipated rifle.. It may only cost a grand but this is as close to the rifle I've dreamed of for years.

Honestly I think you guys did everything the best you could, maybe the only thing is to give more updates, doesn't have to be very formal but it would be nice to have more info. How many rifles have been sent out? How many more to go? What's the estimated date of finishing up?

The only thing i want to complain is the receiver finish, why cant we get the same matte finish on the standard military type 81?

ordered my fixed August 2016. last name C. no news here

They provided all the updates necessary, things were going great until they shyte the bed with the bone headed shipping strategy which essentially put rifles in the hands of those who ordered last week before those who ordered and paid in full a year and a half ago. They can jump up and down all they want in protest of these egregious accusations but proof's in the pudding and there's more of that than not of which you don't have to look very far to verify. Not a huge issue really as the timing differential is likely less than two weeks but then to log on and post to vent and blame those, pesky rare and valued, customers for seeing and commenting on the painfully obvious is just remarkably ludicrous and arrogant.

Perhaps we're all just tired and cranky and I fear I've gone partial ZAB.

I think everybody got that they are not going out reverse chronoligicaly.

but why random why are they not going out first to buy first to get it (except for the folder/fixed packing limitation)

everobody is just having fun except for a guy or 2. Even then
they are part of the joke. Please leave us the thread ;)

Are you actually mad because you have to wait like 3 more days ?

TI: Have any folders now shipped? Maybe today?

I think many of us feel put out that all the fixers are being shipped first, I think we would have liked to see it a bit more balanced.

Thanks for whatever you can do to speed shipping along.
