I just got a lead on a 6' cannon with no base. Guy just wants it gone. He said they used to shoot bowling balls out of it

as post #10 said, make your own mould with a pipe or some other item The slug should be IMHO half again longer than its diameter. The problem with round ball is that in a smoothbore they tend to '' baseball ''. What I mean by that is that the ball takes a spin in the barrel and u have no idea what direction it will curve to. Hve fun and be safe. Look at my sig pic, I have been there.
