Is the bolt an actual Model 35 bolt? Or did you copy one?

I'm very curious as to how smoothly you can get it to operate.

I had a high condition Model 35 and it wasn't that smooth.

Can you make a YouTube video of the gun cycling when it's done?

I copied the bolt, The original gun that I had in for repairs is not what I would call "smooth" either. Mine functions about the same.

Thank you sir! Just watched your video. Very nice.

Good idea about adding a tang and solidly mounting the action at the rear. They were kind of rocky at best.

You might be better off with that aluminum forend, with enough clearance that it doesn't hit the stock...on the originals almost every forend hit the stock and cracked it.

It pretty much looked like Cooey never worked the bugs out of that rifle...dropped it after 2 years I believe.
