Don't know if they ordered like me though and they need to manually delete the sale and add stock back up though. I'm just happy they emailed me back on a Sunday once they posted it didn't qualify; they said they will just delete my order.

Anyone ever look into the Kel Tec RFB in .308? $1635 CAD in the US... $2400-$2500 CAD here.... the more I look the more the price variations are noticeable... I guess thats why IRG is such a good thing here.

Now not bashing IRG in any way shape or form.
I have ordered from them quite a few times and service , pricing and shipping have all exceeded my expectations.
As well as customer service and support has been top notch.
A buyer needs to research the product one is contemplating buying.
Here is an example :
One firearm I was going to purchase was priced like this :
IRG= $760 Cdn all Inc to my door
Seller X = $ 650 all Inc to my door.
My belief on this and I will call IRG on Tues to clarify as well as give them a chance to price match
is that IRG has old stock on said firearm at the old pricing structure.
I know for a fact that prices of said item have dropped from the US in recent months....
Again just shop around and go with what you are comfortable with paying.
If I remember correctly they had 8 to start with.
And for the record, Ryan at SFRC is a stand up guy, no need to even think of boycotting such a dealer !
We have seen at least a dozen posts by one guy egging folks into outrage against Canadian dealers. We have been asked to lose our #### about every overpriced product. Same guy. It's like a SJW thing spreading outrage equally, liberally. It always was about a single manufacturer shytting on Canadians.
Price plays a factor too and the total sales. When the last round of guns were banned the politzei told the government the numbers were low (ie. BD-38), so go for it. That's our 'data' that matters. So I wondered too eagerly why folks rejoice in encouraging dealers to jack prices up. If course it turned into "oh you can't afford a $250 deposit on a credit card" thing. Absurd.
For my part in sorry I bruised some egos. People get wrapped up in buying stuff as part of their identity. I should have approached it differently. But the point remains that high prices, low numbers aren't good for our community. We only talk about boycotts in cases of collusion and rubbing our faces in it. That's an individual decision as always. It isn't a social cause.

I'm not going to give out exact numbers but I've sold more than 10 and less than 20.
It's not a huge presale, it's just another new and interesting gun to add to the lineup. I'm also not the only one selling it so the presales are spread across the board. As for the pricing, MSRP is $1999ish and I've decided to sell it at that. Depending on the US to Canadian dollar you may see it for less or for more in the future, only time will tell.

You are right, price does play an overall factor.
(Example... you want to call me/others price pimps for a NON RESTRICTED AK-ish rifle we have wanted since they were announced.)

Ha! I just glanced through the NR Ar thread... am I in bizarro world? Its like the ying to this threads yang... exact opposites.. with some of the same contributors in both!
Why is it ok for a NR AR to be pushing $3k when so many others are half that price? Thats for that thread though but yea very interesting read.
If people can wait until they land, there will be better pricing then the pre-orders.... guaranteed.
No knocks against any shops, just historically that's the way it's gone down.
Even today Tenda sells the NS T97 for $700(sale price)-$750(regular price) and others list them at $900, they pay the same price to NS as any other dealer...
I have zero interest in buying one at any price due to the CEO POS called M&M, but I don't want to see you guys that want one get ripped any more then needed either.

The boycott SFRC talk was all over reaction I think.
It was and always has been M+M that has been less than forthcoming with the raising of the MSRP to suit they're financial whims at the time.
(Oh yeah and for us Cdn's to help offset the slump in US sales lol ....
If I recall SFRC had 8 the added 5 more so 13 total ....

I think honestly after all the smoke blows over and the rifles have been out for awhile the price might possibly normalize and come down .
Well I DID SAY I wasn't going to mention the issue for the next rifle that emerges. Also, 'if' I wasn't the object of an unhealthy obsession. What a shyt show that thread became all without me. Hmm. I think it was the drinking and typing as someone said? That others want a big hat and cane too, and are running their mouths though gold plated tooth grills, is intriguing nonetheless.
