Picatinny rail options for benelli m2 with ghost rings

Hi All

I have a Benelli M2 tactical with ghost rings and comfortech stock.

Would like to mount a red dot on it so I need a rail.

The only options I have seen so far is from Mesa and GG&G, looks like the Mesa is a higher rail than the GG&G but not sure as neither manufacture gives measurements, not sure which one would be better with a low profile red dot.

Just wondering what other people have experienced with putting a rail on their M2.

Scalarworks makes a nice mount for an Aimpoint micro as well as one for a Trijicon RMR.

Just bought one of these, Holosun, 503GU, believe same dimensions as the aimpoint micro's

GG&G makes a rail that fits in front of the rear sight of the M2 Benelli. I had one on my Benelli M2 and it was a low profile rail

Thanks for the link I have placed an order, I sent an email to scalarworks but they have not replied and there 1-855 number does not work from canada and I have not been able to find another phone number for them. Nice to see we have a Canadian distributor.

The Scalarworks Sync Aimpoint Micro Mount arrived today.

They replied to my email and said compatible with Aimpoint Micro T-2, H-2, T-1, H-1, Aimpoint CompM5, Micro compatible sights by Primary Arms, Holosun, Vortex, Sig Sauer, etc...

Easy to install and looks great, really happy that the sights co-witness.

Came with all mounting screws and good instruction.

Nice and low
