Well, you have it listed for $1200.00 firm and your asking here what it should bring.

Can’t tell from the pictures if it’s a field or trap gun. Limited use as a field gun with those fixed chokes.

Field gun F&M, as posted, $900.00

Agree 100%
Cheers

OP pm'd me last week asking about this gun and what to list it for. He emailed a bunch of pics. I suggested $800-$1000 range was it's worth but one or two fellows, one being those ultra wise behind the gun counter wholesale sports salesman tried leading him down the garden path at $2000. The pics showed it to be a field model in very good shape. I still say $800-$1000 with $1000 being top dollar.

Here is one in the EE at $900 in as good condition as the OP's with original box and hang tags.

Well, none as deaf as those who don't want to listen ... or as some say, you can tell 'em, but you can't tell 'em much !

Let him "btt" for a couple of weeks.

I suggested he ask here before posting it to get a few more opinions from those with experience besides myself. I knew he’d be disappointed after two different people tried putting a value of $2000 on the gun and I didn’t want him to think I was low balling him on the value. I only wanted to give him a true value so suggested he post in here to hear from a few others that know a 101’s value.

That sounds like a fair price for a field gun with no removable chokes.

My Dad owned one when I was a kid. I wish he didn't sell it. If one on the EE comes up for sale I might pick it up.
