TYPE 81 folding stock more pictures (DAY 6 Update "a bent rifle")

gonna be hard to send a new folder if they are sold out, I highly doubt they have spares as they said, demand a refund and order from tenda lol

So is it the receiver barrel or folding stock that is bent. I can't tell with this iPhone screen. Are they replacing it

In one of the pics, you can clearly see the receiver is curved. The trunion might also be rivetted in at a slight angle. It almost looks like it was bent in a machine at manufacture and the situation wasn't picked up by the workers.

I tried to warn people about Norinco miltary-grade quality as experienced with the oprevious Type 56 AK rifles of the 1990s, and was promptly insulted by the fan-boys. Well, here you go with bent receivers and butt-stocks, hand-filed bolts, and Lord knows what else wrong. I am willing to bet that $2Kat least buys you a straight receiver with the M+M M10X rifle. I'll just leave that for the "cheaper is better" fan-boys to contemplate as they eat crow. You know who you are....

End result is the following you paid up front for a rifle that took almost two years to deliver, then you wait forever to have your rifle shipped in country, add quality control that would make a cave gunsmith in Afghanistan blush - - - did I miss anything so far ???

No, that about sums up the experience SOME customers are having, though the vast majority of the T81's ppl have received appear NOT to be lemons. So far we know of TWO rifles with issues:

1 with a bolt that was worked on with a grinder and 1 with an apparently warper receiver from manufacture - the OP never even fired it.

Zero issues would be better, but it's also early to condemn the whole rifle model based on 2 problem rifles. Heck, how many guys had VZ58 issues? I know I returned 2 of those personally with major flaws.

Not condemning anything just pointing out hat had this been a thread about NEA or the current favourite target M10X we would already been on page 100 - oh the hypocrisy / alright my grumpy old man is now done....
