You only rent or lease the ones that look like that, they're typically very high maintenance and bleed you dry if you keep them around too long.
Lol, lots of experience, I like to learn the hard way through painful personal experience. I used to chase women like that wanting to keep one, then I learned that the ones that look like that are typically better to only keep around for a short time.
Cost me $150k to get rid of the last one I had that looked good but had nothing else to offer, best money I ever spent though.
