Give me a section of 3 or 4 Patricias and I could have had this whole shipment sent out in less than a week. But that's because the Pats know how to work.

I honestly don’t know but I highly doubt it. To be fair to TI there has only been 3-4 rifles reported as having this problem.
 
That rifle is garbage. Seriously: freaking BENT GUNS? Guys working with hacksaws in Pakistan make stuff better looking than that.
 
I called TI 7 times today to discuss the statues of my folding stock type 81. They never answered the phone once. I cant stand this company. So disrespectful. Has anyone had a good talk with TI about the quality control issues yet?

And have any if these enquiries yielded a response? I'm curious because apart from a form letter email from them 5 days ago saying my order would ship within 2 days, I've had no responses from them at all. Oh, and my rifle has still not shipped, let alone within 2 days. Jerks.

They aren't answering their phone either. I'm betting they don't know what to do now that they have to stand behind a product and have returns coming in and possibly not enough product in un-bent condition to ship to all their clients, but who knows? It's not like they tell us anything believable either way.
 
I emailed them last night about my bent rifle and they got back to me this morning with instructions on returning it for a replacement. I kindly asked if they would inspect my replacement before shipping it to me and they said they would.

Did you post your serial number?

I'm glad they got back to you. I've been nothing but courteous and fair with them via e-mail and they aren't answering me about the missed shipping date or order status. I suspect they are ignoring all email related to shipping issues.

I’ll post my serial number tonight when I get home. With the amount of inquiries over shipping I suspect you’re correct.
