Anyone know where to find this brand in Canada. I would really like to find a 15" woven carbon fibre handguard for my build. Appreciate the help

I had no luck finding them in Canada so ended up ordering both of mine through Brownells. I also inquired with them directly and got a reply from Rainier Arms so they export through them as well, but there was an extra $50 fee...

I was looking at these also for a lightweight build on the macabee defense receiver I ordered. coupled with a minimalist carbon tube stock would reduce a lot of weight for a coyote rig.

Weird looking thing... but man I bet you could make a light build with that

Brownells is your best bet. That's where my buddy got his.

Have you handled it? How do they feel/handle/function?

I've handled it, I haven't run and gunned with it or smacked it into a barrier or any of that so how robust it is I have no honest idea, being cf lattice it's very very light and rigid. How well it holds up over time I have no idea. But you will notice the rear shift in balance of the carbine, it's definitely lighter up front. Unless you pork up the front with a bull barrel, but the one I tried I believe was gov profile 12.5. super light nose on it. whips right up.

Used one on an 11.5” lightweight build, came in at 4lb 5.1oz. The handguard itself including barrel nut was 4oz (9” Edge version). I haven’t really put it through anything crazy but like r34skyline said it lightens up the business end for sure while being very rigid. The other one I have is the Atlas version with the built in pic rails and sling stud, seems extremely well made as well but that one is waiting for my bcl102 for when that eventually arrives so no comment on the function of it yet. I know Brigand did some videos and tests like hanging weights off of them and blowing them up with tannerite that they probably have on their website...

I have a 12.5" Brigand Arms Atlas hand guard. Very light, quite comfortable and very rigid. The swivel stud is removable but the rails are permanent. I may be selling mine as it's a bit too long for my build if anyone is interested.

Sent you a pm regarding your atlas
