There was a dealer here that was posting(about a year or so back), imported 22 bolts from either Eastern Europe or Russia, that were Biathlon-inspired sporters. The most prominent feature being 5shot clips stored in the bottom-side area of the buttstock.
If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be very much appreciated.

I think you are referring to the Izhmash Cm2-ko. There is used one listed in the EE right now.

Interarms is the name of the company and his handle is teapot2 as mentioned above. The rifle is an Izmash model. Don't know if still available due to trade sanctions with Russian products issue.
