So I have no idea who to go to for help so I’m posting the story on here in hopes someone can help me out or knows of who to contact.
I purchased a glock 17 in October. Got the gun home and started checking it out. Noticed two scratches on the slide. I immediately contacted glock us and asked for help. Within 12 hours I was contacted by someone who said they would help me out. This contact was so helpful and responded immediately to my emails within an hour. Once I was ready to ship the gun for repairs. I heard nothing so I emailed about once a week no reply. Finally I sent a frustrated email that I would try to get in contact with glock us again. The. Phone rings this dude claims he was so sorry and he would get on it that day.
Needless to say since then nothing has been done and this person is again unreachable by phone or email.
If anyone knows anyone who can help me please send me contact info.
