Leupold target turrets???

You have the S1- S5 target turret ,with Zero lock?

If so,what don’t you like about them?

Not that it matters anymore,as I’ve already ordered them:)

Instead of one reference line there's about 6, in the hopes that one will torque up to the right spot. Even then it will move unless you loctite it down. Also it appears that I'll need to Jerry-rig something to make the zero stop work, and by the time I got them here I was into them for a couple hundred bucks apiece. Other than that; they're cherry.

I wish I'd just paid for a real conversion instead, because I'm going end up there anyway. I feel like I went through a lot of trouble to throw away 400 bucks.

Korth don’t do the conversion. They told me so on the phone and by email.
I’m into it for $130 cad ,all in.
This is for windage and elevation knobs.

I don’t know why it cost you $400, I’m all in at $130, for both knobs.

How long ago did you do the conversion?

I believe that was the charge when I had them install target knobs on a VX-3 scope. Are they doing no conversions at all, now?

I was told ,CDS dials only.
Also was told by Leupold USA, that the target knobs are self installed. No need to send in your scope.

Here is a VX-3 1 1/2 - 5 retrofitted with Leupold tall target knobs for use in Service Rifle competition.

Incidentally, speaking of custom knobs for Leupolds, here is an aftermarket windage knob installed on my Mark 4 2 1/2-8:
Note that there are left and right hand scales - left hand scale, left wind, right hand scale, right wind. One photo shows left windage applied, the other, 1 minute right.
I have a similar windage knob on a Mark 4 tall knob 4 1/2-14 installed on a precision rifle.
The scale can be read directly, no counting up one way, counting down the other.
