Does anyone in Canada carry/stock the Law tactical AR FOLDING STOCK ADAPTER GEN 3-M?

How's the lockup? Does it lock closed too?
Haven't tried it myself, although I'd more than happy to trial one if they would like to send it out... ;)
I'm thinking one and a dolos system on a Maccabee receiver to make a takedown and compact truck gun.

Not trying to be cheeky, what is the main benefit for a restricted rifle with a folding add on mechanism that prevents it from firing while folded?
If it is transportation compactness, doesn’t the AR upper lower take down work great?
In the States I can understand it being useful as an under the seat car gun, or a backpack gun.

In Canada, I would probably take an ACR or CZ858 with folding stock as a ninja bush gun.

Lots of NR AR stocked rifles that benefit from a rock solid folding hinge adapter - bcl, macabee, xcr, mv/mh vz and even chassis equipped bolt guns to name a few.

That makes sense more for the platforms that have no native / purpose designed folding options. And does it add anything to the LOP?

TNA claims that this is american made, though if they're comparable price I'd probably opt for the MDT.

The AR folder adapter that TNA sells is made by Sylvan Arms in the USA. It is very similar to the LAW Tactical folder, but adds approx 1.5" to the LOP rather than 1" with the Law Tactical Gen 3. Other than that, there is not much to tell them apart. Fit and finish are comparable. The Sylvan Arms folder has a detent to keep the stock in the folded position. It pulls open easily. The LAW Tactical folder has no such detent and the only thing that holds it in the folded position is tension on the axle screw bearing down on the hinge itself. The Sylvan version is actually more secure.

I have used both and prefer the LAW Tactical only because it makes the LOP and the folded length of the firearm 1/2" shorter. That's it, that's all there is to tell them apart aside from the price which is double in Canada for the LAW Tac version.

I have a Sylvan Arms like new (mounted, then taken off without leaving the house) that I will be listing for $150 on the EE in a day or two. If someone is interested, PM me..
