I purchased a complete rifle build from Cadex (cadex 300 freedom lite in .300 Win mag) Does anyone know if the barrel, dx2 trigger and action would fit on a McMillan A5 stock. I don't like the chassis and would like to switch to a more traditional rifle stock. Don't get me wrong, quality and performance wise it is amazing. But I simply prefer the look of the McMillan stock.

I'm sure any competent gunsmith could inlet a McM A5 for the Cadex. You would have to order a McM A5 with no inlet option, and would need to find a gunsmith willing to take on the task. Most likely you won't find a McM A5 stock with no inlet anywhere on the shelf, so you'll have to order it from McM and wait the 6+ months for it.
It would also be worth it to call McMillan, to see if they have done an inlet for such a Cadex rifle. Probably unlikely.
