AI 308 mag pouches

I have been shooting a few PRS matches now. Decided its time for a mag pouch or 2. I really like the Gcode pouches but by the time I get them, its over 100 bucks so, maybe someone in Canada must have something similar. Maybe even a site sponsor or better yet a site sponsor that also supports PRS or similar match.

7.62 pouches for M14, FAL, SR25 etc 20 rders work with a spacer. The dimensions are right except for the length.

HSGI Tacos hold AICS mags perfectly. I use them inside my Eberlestock Sniper Sled.

Also Tactical Tailor makes a M14 type magazine holder that works well.

Can get both at DS Tactical in New Westminster.

Check out HSGI Taco pouches. They fit my AR mags and if you loosen the bungie cord 308 AICS mags fit too.

I have a buddy who makes custom gear and he made a couple of simple kydex holders. Two sheets, a tensioner, two rivets and two belt loops. Simple, tough, small. PM me for details.

I have been running Highlander Tactical AI mag holder for the past season and love them. Lots of retention but still fast to get your mag out. Look him up on face book.

The HSGI Taco's will be faster than using those. Those require an extra movement to remove the retention straps. Doesn't sound like much, until you find out you have to resort to your backup mag with 5-10 seconds left on the clock.

Go with the HSGI Taco's. There is not a better mouse trap. Great retention and very fast to deploy a mag.
