Between those two scopes S&B for sure. The T5xi isn't in the same class as the pmii, stieners Mx5i would be in about the same class.

Whats the difference between the t5xi and the m5xi steiners besides the turrets?

As far as I know is quality. I believe the M5Xi are military grade made in Germany and the T5xi are Asian. From my resurch the T5xi are pretty great for the price but the tracking is not top tier quality. The M5Xi would be really good and great glass but in my option there are better optics for that price, around 4g's.
