Building the Best Canadian Made Pistol Carbine (Non-Restricted!)

Based on the lack of response by Lockhart, I guess this project is dead in the water?

“This message goes out to all our fellow shooting, law abiding brothers and sisters.

Many of you have been following us and our Raven 9mm Carbine. From initial design to prototyping, to now preparing full scale mass production.

We're pumping tons of money into finalizing our R&D, buying expensive CNC machines, upgrading software and tooling giving us the ability to manufacture almost every single piece of this incredible firearm right here in BC and frankly it's adding up $$$.

We're doing our absolute best to get setup to follow our dreams and build premium firearms and accessories. Made in Canada. Supporting Canadian Jobs and our own economy.

We really appreciate all of your support and continue to rely on our loyal clients to help us keep spreading the word.

Currently we have body armor on special which is the absolute lowest price it's been in years. We've cut our profits as low as possible and for our loyal members we're willing to drop the price even lower by offering FREE shipping.

On top of that, everything on our site that isn't already discounted is eligible for 10% OFF for the next week.

Coupon code: GIFT10NOW

Your support will bring us forward.

Also, a sneak preview of what's in store for you..

Spread the word. Share the savings. We are always here to earn your business and as you know. We take care of our own.

Stay tuned.

Not at all! We just haven't released much.

Project is still going ahead. We've updated our bolt to work better for many reasons, and we're in the process of getting new units made.

Glock mags. Ambi ejection? Why sounds like a waste of money and additional entry point for debris. Don't need ambi ch. Just make it a conventional ar charging handle. Handguardwise try and make the attachment standard ar. People can customize to their desires give it a basic mlok handguard.

Lighter is always better. Don't need some nuts cf barrel. Just a good steel barrel will do. I would prefer the take down but not having it isn't a deal breaker. Thread the barrel as well please.

Made in canada is preferred. Made in a first world country is a deal maker or breaker. I will not buy if it's made in some 3rd world ####hole.

Price point lower is better. But the quality needs to be good. Because the cx4 storm is still there as is the skorpion evo(although it is restricted)

Other than it being non restricted I don't see any point in this, especially at this price point. HK already makes the USC, and I would not be willing sacrifice quality. It is essentially a range gun for me. To each their own, but I would buy a second USC before I bought this.

1. Why ambi ejection? Spent casing deflector would work great, make a stiffer receiver.
2. AR charging handle keep simple go for reliability.
3. AR charge handle
4. Would rarely use. Keep simple. (Dont raise cost where not needed)
5. Dont sacrifice reliability to save weight, slightly heavy but reliable.....perfect.
6 Pay more for light but...refer to above.
7. Stainless is AOk. Carbon fibre cool! What about cerekote?
8. Top and bottom rail.
9. CANADA (unless a giant price gouge)
10. 1000-1300

Build with as many universal parts possible. Keep price down for us poor people.
Bold hold open and last round open. 9mm works for me cheap ammo! 50AE would be friggin awesome! (I know 50 ae would need to be gassed! Still be awesome though!).
