Forearm pic rails to mount an atlas bipod any suggestions?

Hi I've got a tikka tactical with the oem stock and I want to mount a rail in place of the sling studs to attach an atlas bipod. I've seen the adaptors but would prefer the actual pic rail. Anyone have any tips or know of anyone that makes them in Canada. I believe seekins precision makes them in the us don't know of anymore
