I've noticed a few listed as sold from some vendors.

Assuming if CGNers bought them, I would like to see some hands-on reviews here.

I'm curious and have seen the reviews on Youtube but would like opportunity to debate it here.

It sure is nice...but the price is a tad high at $2049.99 from one vendor.

I’ve seen Swiss Police P210s from the 70s in Fair to Good condition selling for around $1700.
The asking price for this modern US made one looks reasonable to me. Then again, I’m not a collector so only an opinion.
Sure is a purty gun though!

PS the old 210 had a short tang and hammer bite was possible ( happened to me!).
This new one looks so much better. And I’m glad the safety is where we are used to with 1911s.

I would also love to hear a review. I was tempted but they were all gone before I finished procrastinating.;) They sure look nice.

I know Tradex had some surplus (army I think) P210-2's with holster and spare mag for $2695 and they fairly flew off the shelves. I've never had a problem with hammer bite from the old ones but then again, I'm OK with BHP's too.

It is getting very good reviews. A couple gents I talked too directly who I trust gave it an enthusitic thumbs up. Also I think that is a great price. If I was in the market for a range gun or a bullseye gun, I’d pick one up. I might anyway just to compare it to the Swiss and German.

I'd be interested to compare one to a X5 from the German mastershop. I have a Scandic that is my favourite semi to date. (it replaced a P210-2 as my "best pistol ever" candidate).

One good thing....if they are making them regularly in the US they won't be unicorns. The next batch should be along soon.

Wait a year and these will take a $300-400 price adjustment just like the Legion did. Once the initial demand is met they’ll be discounted.

I’m interested but will bide my time and see how the early adopters like it and what issues arise.

Yes, I wonder that as well. I mean, they are a current production gun. It's not like they are a long out of production collectible that you need to grab when you see one.

Given SIG USA put the money into redesign and new tooling to make these they will be in production for quite some time. I suspect supply will quickly fill demand south of the border at which point availability and price will drop up here. It looks very nice (minus the FCS) but the market for a heavy, 10rd single stack 9mm, $1600 SAO that isn’t a 1911 is limited in the US. Doesn’t really maximize any competition rules that I’m aware of so I don’t see competitors embracing it, not ideal for most to carry and 210 purists are up in arms, so count them out.

Up here, where we’re limited to 10rds and range use only I can see this gun becoming a bigger winner than SIG thought. I like the new safety, slide lock, FO front sight and the lack of a rail. As I said, I’m interested but can wait. The big question I have is do these magazines work with the German models? If so hopefully they’ll be a reasonable price; I need more mags for the German gun.
