I've got an an RCBS ammomaster chrono, need some parts. I've got part #'s, just need to know where I can actually order from. Haven't found anyone online in Canada? Any ideas? Anyone ship from the states via USPS? Thanks for looking.

Call the RCBS phone number. Even if it's the one in the States, they will answer your questions and supply you with parts. Often free, including shipping.

I've received two shipments of free parts from RCBS in the USA for my antique JR2 and die set(s). Customer service is second to none; I've offered my credit card information both times and was advised the items are covered for life.

I will continue buying and recommending RCBS gear to others.

RCBS has one of the best customer service centers and they have always treated me as another valued customer.
I have never paid for a part.

I second these posters. Called RCBS today, parts are incoming, no charge. I'm also in the process of getting parts or a replacement press from Lee. I'll pass on how that goes. The RCBS problem was my fault, the Lee press broke in regular use. Lee has been very helpful in the past, we'll see about this.

Same here. I hit a rock inside of a case and zigzag'd the depriming pin and shaft on one of my die sets and even though I admitted to them it was my fault they still sent me a brand new replacement at no charge. I have had amazing customer service and free replacements from RCBS, Lee & Dillon. They are all top notch.

I snapped a frame on one of my cheapie Lee presses, I had to pay for shipping but the part itself was free and shipping was like 4 days from them to me in southern Ontario.
