I have been reading and watching reviews on this scope for several months and have been wanting to get my hands on one. Hirsch Precision just recently became a Delta Optical dealer and so I pulled the trigger on one( actually 2 as I also bought the 5-50x56 Stryker as well but I haven't had a chance to assess it yet). Here is a brief summary of my observations so far after a few days behind it.
I will be very direct and to the point on this brief summary. I will do a more indepth review once I have spent a fews months with the scope.
First, It is very well built, clicks are solid and repeatable.Tracking has been bang on.There is no tunnelling at all on any power which is what drives everyone crazy about the S&B. The resolution is on par with the S&B PMII 5-25x56 and the Kahles gen 3 6-24x56 which I found shocking considering it's price tag . The eyebox below 15 power is superior to both the S&B and Kahles( I could actually shoot a running coyote with this scope the eyebox is that good on low power). At 25 power the S&B is slightly better in regards to eyebox. The contrast is higher on the S&B and Kahles providing a warmer image but higher contrast usually comes at a cost so I will further assess this area in the coming weeks. Chromatic aberration is practically none existent like the S&B and is superior to the Kahles in this regard.Like the Kahles the reticle is just about perfect in the Delta but this is a personal thing.S&B really needs to update their reticles. The fact the Delta Stryker doesn't tunnel at all, goes from 4.5-30 power is a big plus in my books and the image is very high res even on 30 power.
Overall optically it is very very close to the S&B and Kahles and in some ways is superior( ie eyebox below 15 power).
When you consider the power range, the fact it doesn't tunnel, eye box, resolution etc I would actually chose it over the S&B . Now considering it cost $2275 it becomes a no brainer . I also wanted to mention it is my opinion this scope is in an entirely different league than a Nightforce NSX.
This is only a brief summary but obviously I am very very impressed with this particular model from Delta Optical.

Thanks for the info.
been curious about these.
SharpshootingUK on youtube has a review as well I believe also giving praise.

It's great to start seeing feedback on these Canuck525. I think others have reviews coming as well, sounds like an excellent product at a great price point!

These do indeed sound like an excellent product. I hope to get my hands on a Stryker 5-50x56 oneday, as I doubt I will ever pay out the money for a March. Well not without a lottery win at least.
