It's very similar, but is based on the Hodge Defense version of the Wedge lock rail. The only difference between FN and Hodge rail is the alloy. FN is using 6061 aluminium, instead of 7075-T6 alloy, used by Hodge defense.

Restricted, unfortunately. All AR15 platform firearms and variants are restricted by name, regardless of barrel length.
