What class action are you talking about?

If someone takes your money, using it towards a challenge of the RCMP interpretation, then updates and transparency is warranted.

It's not like a law firm is taking it on for free in return for a percentage of the settlement, I'm not interested in getting paid for my mags when I am forced to turn them in or a monetary settlement for damages. I am looking for a reversal of the classification and keeping them.

People get arrested and charged for lots of things,
Don’t mean they’re guilty.

Why is it that so many people are using these so called prohib mags,all across Canada, but nobody has been charged And convicted?
You think it’s out of kindness?

If these mags are so dangerous, wouldn’t there be multiple people charged and convicted by now?

The 10/22 mag class action has been put on hold, while the CSSA waits to see if the liberals change magazine laws with the gun bill expected any time now. Using it as an example of the time frame required for a class action is spurious at best.

exactly, no update because they would rather wait and see what the government does......

It is unlikely even if awarded a monetary settlement that the status of the magazines will be changed, so it's a pointless endeavor for those of us who want them brought back to their original status
