I believe in singing the prases of those who do right by me so, please indulge my little story.


I purchased a SIII 1050x60 years ago in preparation for a Barny AKA Tactical Teacher PR clinic. It served me very well for a long time as I learned how to use it, gaining great results. Durning the last clinic of 2017 the windage turret became loose and and the graduated numbers that are suppose to stay put began to rotate along with the turret.
I emailed Jerry at Mystic whom I originally purchased it from. He hooked me up right away with Hirsch who asked me send it back for evaluation. At this point I'm happy figuring I will get some repairs and adjustments done and hopefully be back in business. To my supersize, an absolutely, no questions asked honest to goodness brand new scope showed up at my place this afternoon.

Just thought everyone on the forum should know what a great product Sightron has and how well their warrantee stands up. Nice to know Jerry at mystic and Hirsch take care of their business!

Thanks for posting. Peter and Jerry did the right thing and Sightron honoured a warranty - a good news story all round. This is how quality dealers and companies should work.

One of the dealers went out of their way to offer me a free trial for a scope and return it if I did not like it..how often does that happen
