...... Australians call the "bedroll" a SWAG. And an itinerant laborer, tramping from Farm (Station ) to farm, doing occasional work and following tradition , getting food handouts from the cook, was referred to as a Swag-man, and his lifestyle/mode of travel, as " Humping his Bluey"....... ( The folk song, "Waltzing Matilda" is damn near being an Australian National Anthem LOL !! )

It was a great show. Then again I love being outdoors, so I really enjoyed it.
But our younger generation just want to play video games and sit in front of the computer. So watching a show about a Australian out in the bush talking about survival and history doesn't appeal to them.
