Not much info on that. Feeds 7.62x39, short-stroke piston. Interesting that she has no AR-style charging handle and no ejector port cover. Quite possible enough changes in lower to make it non-AR variant. Also funny that "safe-semi-auto" is in English, so either manufactured abroad or for export.

A lower receiver that takes AK mags topped off with a side charging slap side upper, there are quit few options in the market place already.

It looks like a copy of a Mutant... or a Gilboa M43.

Which are AR15 variants.
 
Ok, I found it. Those sneaky Belorussian bureaucrats tried to pass it as their product, but in fact it's Korean Da-San AKAR. http://www.da-san.co.kr/

Knowing the Koreans it's very well made. I never owned one of the former Korean imports many years ago called the KC 20 or KC22 but a couple of friends used top rave about them .
