I bought this Ruger MKIII Stainless 5.5 Heavy barrel from a gentleman recently.
It came with Two magazines, & Two sets of grips. A great friend took a stone to the sear for me.
The trigger pull is now 1 3/4 pounds. It is definitely a keeper. It's shown here with it's older brother.

The Smith 41 has a 3 moa Burris Fastfire III
The Ruger MKIII has an ITAC Defense 4moa dot. I hate the name on the side, but the rds works great.
