Not much, if any.... you have to remove the original rail as well as the peep site....

Yea and I cut the xs scout rail short so it clears a 50mm bell with low-med rings and reduces weight. Not much, if any.... you have to remove the original rail as well as the peep site....

Pics?
The xs rail has a peep built in, so no need to carry anything else with you.... it would also allow for a QD setup with a peep as a back up....
Thank you for the replies.
Brownells shows the 10 round mags but not available outside the U.S. I’ve bought from them in the past but not with that restriction.
I see the polymer 308 mags at Wanstalls, but not the 5.56.
I think the MDT are a good bet for the 10 round magazines, especially if they work as is.
The only 5 round mags I have come across are steel Accurate Mags.
I don't know what BS that is with Brownells not exporting the Ruger mags. I am not sure if it is a Ruger thing or a Brownells thing. Brownells exports tons of other mags, so it makes me think it is a Ruger thing which means Ruger needs a kick in the crotch.

None that I know of. What is wrong with the factory one? It works well for me.
Got my 3 and 5 round mags, and my Leupold scout scope mounted. Once it quits snowing I’m going to take it out to shoot. It’s quickly become my favorite gun to carry around...
Leupold 2.5x and QRW or Warne QR rings.
