The government, both bureaucrats and politicians, do not want you owning firearms. For most of them, it doesn’t end at firearms. For many it doesn’t end at property.

Don't be too upset over the comments of some of the posters on here, look at it as a learning experience. God knows I have, I've been flamed, put on ignore lists, and received infractions. It's all part of the open forum experience. Instead of making a statement , maybe you should have asked what if.
If you give up you'll be missing out on being part of one of the best online gun forums, and group of people out there.
As far as what will be, who knows, everyone is nervous with what the mindless regime in Ottawa will do next.
Don't let what Goofball the bureaucrat decries affect your decisions, stand tall and be proud to be a firearms enthusiast, even though lately it seems we're being fed to the lions.
Oh and by the way, I just got off the phone with Wolverine after ordering my first stripped lower, and will soon start my first build.

It's that we have seen bit by bit, piece by piece over 30 years, freedoms being taken away. So what if it's the AR-15 this year? It will be all semi's in a couple years then all repeaters till we are down to single shots and then the government figures there will be so few people left they can ban everything.

That's fine you don't want an AR but do not think you will be safe with your lever action.

Its not about you being against AR types of rifle. It is about you belittling anyone who doesn't follow your particular logic regarding the "superiority" of other types of firearm. It is about you telling us that we are "pissing our money away on toys" - again, YOUR words, not mine. You insinuate that we are somehow stupid and that you are the bright one. If you don't see that, then you are wilfully blind and not worthy of my further time.
