safety manual for BCL 308 WIN semi auto

There is none, yet. The reason is that BCL still has to finalize the multilingual manual before posting it to the public.
You can use pretty much any AR15 (or even an M16) manual since the functions are 99.9% the same! Just disregard the section on the 'forward assist' since the 102 doesn't have any. You could also check out various youtube videos.

It's funny because I'm sure that for something to be legally sold in Quebec, it has to have both English and French documentation... How did nea avoid this??
