So I am getting out of pistols and my three crown jewels have to go. Problem is, I don't see these rare birds on CGN for sale that often or at all and I don't wanna under price them like my sten parts that sold in 0.3 seconds. I also don't wanna put them up for a ridiculous amount either. I bought these over a decade ago.

They are:

A commercial DWM P08 Luger from around 1921. Rebarreled to make it restricted only. All matching except barrel. Original mag and 2 aftermarket. All wood bottoms.

A Bulgarian, Factory 10 Makarov. With two threaded (1/2x28), restricted length stainless barrels. 9x18Mak and .380acp. 2 matching mags.

A CZ52 pistol in 7,62 Tokarev. Two mags and holster/lanyard.

I'm gonna get some pics tomorrow but I don't wanna make this a for sale ad, just need a ballpark, especially on the CZ52 pistol. I haven't seen one for sale in at least 8 years!

The cz 52 do come up here every now and again. It's hard to say what they actually sell for, of course. If you look in the US, they seem to sell for between 250 and 400 USD (I only searched the no reserve completed auctions on gunbroker - the listing prices are not relevant if they never sell for that) And they are importable into Canada.

Since I'm keeping an eye on the prices of these and obviously have a horse in this race, please check for yourself ;) No interest in the other two, personally.

ex-prohib Makarovs are actually rarer - but there is no way to compare with US prices so we have to go by what people have been asking on CGN. People have been asking from 900 to 1500. And I've only seen 1 actual Bulgarian for sale.

ex-prohib Lugers are pretty common - they seem to go for 1000 and up depending on condition, rarity and degree to which they are matching.

Happy to share my data if you want to PM me.

Five bucks, five bucks, five bucks.

Why do you always do this on these types of threads. He is asking a legitimate question and many of us are also interested in knowing the price on items that are not all that common.

If you have nothing of value to add STAY OUT OF THE THREAD.

I think he's saying , with out pictures of the actual firearms. there is no way to value them. not all 97 year old , mismatch lugers have the same value.

The Luger is anywhere from 1000 - 1500+ depending on manufacture and shape. Does it come with a holster, if so does it have the original mag tool? Does the mag serial match?

Because if you take a whole ten minutes to go through the EE you can find pricing for run of the mil guns like this.

There are a few people who actually have uncommon firearms where the value is not easily found on this forum or the internet. And yes very few people have crystal balls to establish price of firearms in question. So pictures are necessary.

You are right, but it is a starting point. I got the cz52 in a trade a decade ago so, I can't even really say it's worth then.

I have been looking for both of these types of things so price wise so the only thing I can comment for the CZ or the Mak is that I have seen them go up several times in the last year for about $825 with kit (holster etc).

That was not what I was looking to pay.

Not clear if they were sold or not just relisted after a couple of passes.

That being said I am looking for both :)

$1500 on a good restricted Luger, considering a decent prohib Luger is $1000 + $500 in parts/paperwork/labour to convert it to restricted. Peter Dunster of LugerCollector.com sells 1 or 2 restricted Lugers a month.

The last CZ52 that was sold went for $845 with mag and holster. There hasn't been one listed in almost two months.

there is currently a russian mak in 380, converted, listed for $1450. other than that, only a handful of converted prohib maks listed, all for $1000+
