anybody have any idea on the quality of these lowers,i know they're cheap enough, and i have bought a few of SFRC's own lowers,i just cringe when i see NEA on anything, but for the price,if they are good,,i'd pick up a few, can't have to many, and i'm not one to worry about the prohib bull####,as the only thing they'd get is a small aluminum square with the serial number,NOTHING else.

I built my last AR on one of these, and they seem just fine.

Just an FYI for anyone who is curious, we sell 1000's of these a year. We keep the price low on purpose. It isn't low due to the quality, it's low because we want everyone with an RPAL to buy one...plus you have to buy the parts to build it :)

FYI.. if purchase more than 6 restricted firearms in a 6 month period, you get flagged internally.... Was discussed during the guns and gangs conference if anyone was not aware of this.

What does that mean? "Flagged internally" Any talks about the effects of this?

I've registered way more than 6 restricted in the last 6 months, and I haven't gotten any issues, or additional questions from the CFC/CFO, haven't been called/mailed/emailed by any police agency.

Christ I hope someone asked a follow up question to whomever stated that one was 'flagged internally' during that conference!

They usually just give you a call and verify why you are buying that many if they are concerned. It's not a big deal...tell them they were on sale and you build AR's as a hobby.

It means they bug your car, house, cell phone, etc. Listen for any sort of terrorist activity. They also rummage through your garbage outside your house, hide out in the sewer and check your stool for any traces of explosive residue, etc. Crazy stuff.

(I also purchased at least 6 restricteds in a 6 month period. No correspondence of any sort from the RCMP)

I think they said this will BECOME new practices with the new regs if I remember correctly.

They do?

Well, if I see "CFC/CFO/RCMP" on my phone, it's going to voicemail.. lol

Is that 6 of the same kind of restricted firearm, or any 6 restricted?

Thanks for the info Ryan

I guess I should say they can. I only know of one customer who had this happen and he purchased 20 lowers.
