CCI Blazer Brass 9mm 124g - 1090 fps accurate?

Just curious...has anyone chrono'd this factory ammo and the advertisement of 1090 fps (and what pistol did you use for the chrono)? If 1090 fps is consistent, then it would yield a PF of 135!

Also, is anyone having accuracy issues? I'm trying to figure of it's me or the ammo. Made a few modifications to my pistol recently and I can't figure out if my accuracy issues are my mods or the ammo
 
Out of my JR Carbine I was able to group roughly 3 MOA @ 100m with this ammo. Which was fairly comparable to most brass cased 124gr ammo. Compared to steel cased Barnaul which was 6+ MOA @ 100m, Blazer Brass is *very* accurate haha!

Compared to Remington UMC and Winchester white box, the CCI was on par accuracy wise. I did chronograph this ammo but my speeds will be out to lunch due to the 19" barrel so that won't be any help to you.
