Hi, I have rather small hands and the grip on my GP100 is large for me. Searching the web, I found this:

from shopruger.com (http://shopruger.com/Rubber-Grips-with-Rosewood-Inserts-Compact/productinfo/70084/)
ya, it is out of stock right now, it was not 3 weeks ago...

But they do not ship to Canada. Do you have any idea where I could get one? I have tried the web sites of most retailers listed on CGN, nothing.

Thanks!

I bought the GP exactly because I have big hands. I love the default rubber grip. I was going to buy the Goncalo Alves wood grip from Hogue but I'm not sure it'll really matter. In fact it could make recoil worse since there is less absorption.

I did buy from shopruger.com before however, and they shipped here.

Do you find recoil from a 357 bad ?? I can shoot the heaviest loads out of a GP 100 without any problems. the thing I don't like is the new Gripper grips. they dictate how you have to hold the revolver. I think the grips posted would be better than the gripper ones . less recoil also. JMO.

I have those grips on both of my GP100 stainless revolvers. They are factory on the SP101. For the Gp100s i ordered direct from Altamont. Email them, they were great to deal with. I have smaller hands as well and these are very comfortable for me. If you want pics let me know.

Grips4guns.com Altamont will only ship some grips to Canada. If it has a trademarked logo on it they won't ship, but you can order them from the website above.

I got the exact grips the OP posted by placing a WTB ad in the EE. The price was very reasonable and the grips are much more comfortable than the gum rubber bulky grip it came with.
