I really don’t give a s#*t how many people they have in the store, when your main bread and butter is online and phone sales you assign someone to answer the phone, period. Otherwise that’s just bad business.
Wow, they are trying to put on a great event for all of us and you crap all over them cause they were too swamped to answer the phone? I placed my order online this morning and it worked just fine, already got an email update saying it's complete and ready for me to pick up. Seems simple to me.
