Any one in Calgary could give me a hand? I bought a sig 1911 .22 a while back. Worked fine. Decided to take it apart completely . Put it back together and now the hammer doesn’t always lock back. I am frustrated you tube has vids but nothing good enough to be able to see what I did wrong.Thanks in advance
 
You put the sear and disconnect in right. IE made sure the pin went thru the disco and in the hole for the sear? And made sure the leaf spring was in proper?

And make sure the hammer spur is on the cup?

Easy your sear spring went under your sear leg instead of on top pull it apart and put it on top.

Good on you to take it apart and learn about how it works. Don't panic, you'll get this straightened out!
 
Skoal nailed it...took mine apart quite a few times until I realized that’s what had happened...easy to do..hope you figured it out..

Thank you guys I took it apart and it was the spring placement. It works again. Thank you again for all the help! You guys rock!
