BCL 102 Hand Grip Question

What handgrip are you guys running on your BCL 102s? I took stock one off and tried to put on a Ergo off my AR 15 and the screw provided for BCL stock handgrip is too short and the screw provided with the ergo is too long. Just curious before I start messing around with screws etc. Also when taking my stock BCL grip off, threading is very rough. I put the stock one back on but want to buy a better one. Is there specific grips that fit a AR 308 platform better? Thanks in advance.
