Has anyone ever had their 12.5" Dlask barrel threaded for choke tubes? Is it doable or not worth the trouble. Thought it would make for a very handy turkey gun if only it was choked tightly.
Dlask threaded my 8.5 inch to accept Remchokes (extended or regular ) . Haven't patterned it yet bu Dlask does a great job !
The dlask barrels are the thickest (and heaviest) out there. Any gunsmith can thread for most commonly available chokes, just decide what brand you want to use. Most gunsmiths list prices for choke threading in their brochures or website, $150 sounds about right
Yes, the Dlask are thick & heavy. However, the thickest & heaviest is the NEA barrel. Now that sucker is a real beast.
I'll have find my bill but turn around time was fast . It was awhile back . Just PM them . Their response is quick too .
