I was just reading that they stared making them again
Hi Standard ( the new one) has been going in Texas for last few years, don't remember how long.
I don't know anyone that imports the 22 target guns , Last time I check, which as been a couple years ago, they where making the Victor, and supermatics.
I think they even listed a 10x.
But as a long time Hi Standard collector and dealer ( the original ones), I can't get to interested, and the price point is too high.
I tried to import some mags, barrels, etc., and they are not interested in dealing with Canada , You have to deal thought a distributor in the U.S.
They also make a lot of stuff for other companys, 1911 barrels, AR barrels, etc. The original made a lot of barrels for the GI 1911 WW2, and rifle barrels
But your question, gunshows , EE.
The originals have not been made since the 1980,s
a few years ago , I would have 2-3 at one time , last 2-3 years , they don't show up very often, I have not had one for 6-7 years.
A edit, I was just going thou the "book" and sold one 2 yrs ago to another collector with 2 barrels, not real great condition, but the real deal, the short barrels are rare.

They are a worth while pistol to track down, accurate and well made. I would keep an eye on the ee for an old one.
Even if true, I'd still try to find a good used one, 'cause they don't seem to make anything anymore, like in the good ol' days.
