Bit of a incorrect term... the first "Batch" ( which in reality is the first shipment we recieve ) will be in July at the very earliest, I cannot even tell you how many are going to be on it with 100% certainty so wondering what "batch" your on is a bit misleading if i were to give you an answer on that. They are going to be hopefully start flowing into the country here in July, and after that they will be shipping them up as fast as they can to cover all of our orders.

So its more of a wait for paperwork/shipping/delivery to get started and then they'll start showing up by the truckload, and not a production bottleneck?
 
Is wolverine the first store i Canada that will get the FX-9 carbine shipments?
I would assume that since I ordered from Wolverine on the first day the FX-9 was available, I would be getting a carbine from the first shipment?
 
Every order is time stamped when it enters the system. Orders are allocated in the chronological order we receive them regardless of wether they are a retail or wholesale order.
We believe it is the only fair way to deal with situations like these.

All good, let me know when to pay the balance of my money to ship the new rifle when it comes in. With luck our non-elected overlords will not rewrite the law on Classification of the FX-9 before that.
 
It says on your site the overall length is 35-1/2". Is that the Canadian non restricted length or the American overall length with the 16in barrel?
