Whats a ruger new vaquero worth? Its the nickel finish, shortest barrel length, .357 / .38 caliber with nice aftermarket simulated ivory grips. It has had approx 5 boxes of bullets through it. Never been touched by a gun smith, only one day of cowboy action shooting.

You call the CFC and start the transfer. CFC gives you a Ref number which you give to the buyer and he call in to confirm. Then you wait till the transfer is approved and ship the gun.

He says "I'll buy it." He EMt's you the $.

You call the feds with his name and PAL #

They give you a reference #.

You email him the ref # and he calls it in.

You both wait for notice of the approval.

You mail him the gun.
