LPK advice

I would just any without a trigger and then you can buy a decent trigger separate. That’s what I did on my first AR where I installed all quality parts. If your building a budget AR then by all means use a lpk that comes with one.

Look for a LPK with an ALG ACT Trigger, you get the best of both worlds, a really decent trigger and a dynamite LPK without breaking the bank.

Picked up a stripped NEA lower receiver and looking for advice on a decent LPK.

Most LPKs are all the same, from what I understand there are only a few shops that actually manufacture the LPKs (kind of how it is/used to be with lowers) aka they are all the same

ERGO makes a LPK now that comes with everything except the trigger then you can buy the ALG ACT for around $100. That's the best way to go as far as I'm concerned these days. The LPK also comes with a nice rubber overmold grip (one of my favorites).
Any LPK will work fine but most come with a gritty trigger that you'll want to replace, I like the idea of not paying for a crappy trigger that I'm just going to replace anyway.

I have an ACT in two of my rifles, can't go wrong for a trigger around $100. ALG is a child company of Geissele so you know the quality is there.

Call Tier One Armoury in Edmonton, I was in there yesterday and they had one of the LPK's stock. They can help you with anything you need for your build.
