N320 load data 45 acp 9mm

I have a couple of ponds of n320 I want to burn through. I have a hard time finding good load data and when I tried loading for 40 cal i was at max load and it would not cycle my action. I was going to try 45 acp 230 grn campro or 9mm 124grn.
on the vithtavuori site it list a for 45 acp a RN , LOS 230 grn , the only 230gr bullet next one is 225 grn FB,X-treme Bullet. In 9mm it lists a 124 FMJ/Fp Hornady or a FMJ-RN Lapua or a LSWC intercast or a Megashock Lapua or a RN Rainer. I have not heard of any of these bullets or had any experience loading with them. Woukls I be best to go with thw LSWC intercast as I believe it is a lead and I was under the impression that you could use lead data for plated bullets and vice versa.
Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
 
I use 4.0 grains of N320 under a 124 grain bullet. This gets me 1050 fps. It's a nice clean powder that fills the case well. Little risk of an overcharge.
 
The bullet shape is important because of the ogive.

Use the companies recommendation as to the type (lead or FMJ) to load for. Some say FMJ and some say lead.

Yes, and the chamber /throat dimensions vary by gun, so each person has to determine the COAL for a given bullet and gun. The published COAL does not matter. Start with the Start load and work up, after finding the COAL that does not engage the rifling (and fits the mag).

With a plated bullet I would start with a bit less than the Start load for a plated bullet and and about mid range for the published lead bullet loads. I load up in 0.3 gr increments, looking for the load that cycles and is most accurate.
