Vortex Crossfire red dot. Any good?

I have a friend looking to sell his. He only used it once at the range and decided it wasn't for him. 150$. Worth it? I can't really find anything bad about it. I had a look through it on his AR and it looks pretty sharp.

Anything I should know before buying it?

Yup. Took me all of 4 shots to sight it in. I even banged the rifle around a bit too and it kept its zero. Really liking it so far. And that unconditional life time warranty is just icing on the cake.
 
I’m grabbing one for my 45-70. Should be a decent test for it. Was looking for a reflex, but this looks just right. Anybody that has one know if it comes with a low mount.
 
Just did this exact thing for my 45/70. Testing it out on the range tomorrow. It seems like a very nice optic for the price.
