This should put me well over a tonne.

My lead chasing days are over for the foreseeable future.

My pewter stash is big enough for this amount.

I will splurge and get my self some high percentage antimonial lead when/if needed.

I am well satisfied.

Added 124 lbs yesterday. Mixed it already so it is hard enough for my 454 casull. Over one ton and iam not stopping.

That's right. It can sit for years and you don't have to feed it
Just know your prices and you can't to wrong buying lead.
I'm guessing that I have almost a metric tone unprocessed
lead and ww in my stash and scrap price of it has gone up at least a quarter a pound in the meantime.

My best guess is I have 1500 lbs of WW. About half are ingots . At least 50 lbs of pewter. Should be enough but I had an offer of 50 lbs of WW last night. I said "Yes" mostly because I am curious about the % of WW in a current pail from a garage here in central Ont. Been about 2 years since I've checked.

Thought i was done, still giggle like a little girl when i find a big WW. Got about a ton, mostly WW, dead soft, pure and other. Always up for a trade or barter. Love to root around and find pewter.

Jebus... So there's about 15 MILLION grains in one metric tonne. What are you going to do with "well over" 23 MILLION grains worth of lead? Cast cannon balls??

Not that I'm opposed to having and not needing, vs the other way around. I likely have more ammunition than I'll shoot in the next 5 years. But still. Holy crap, haha
