Havent been to the range in awhile and my LTATT Expired but I did get a renewed License since C42 was put in place. So can I go to the range with my PAL or did the Libs screw that up?

As it was mentioned before C 71 has not passed yet and your ATT is attached to your licence. However, you have to carry with your licence that paper part designated RCMP GRC 5641EF which came with your renewed licence and specifies Special Conditions to your licence.

Whats an ATT? Were the 40 other threads on this topic insufficient?

Do you still have the conditions sheet that your license came with? Your ATT would have been on it.

The other day I was handed a PAL along with the special conditions slip. The conditions slip was blank. What's the point of carrying that around?

Never even read that piece of paper that came with my RPAL...just filed it away.....had no idea about this till I read this thread....thought ot was actually built into my RPAL card....I guess not....Never have I carried that paper with my....I guess I will start now

The original paper that came with my RPAL got washed out in my wallet, so I called the CFO to know if they could send me another one.
They said they only ship that sheet with the platic cards, but that they could send me an email with the ATT's conditions of my RPAL.

So I received the email, the conditions of ATT are written on it, and in the bottom there's the name and coords of the lady of the CFO as well as the CFO's logo.
I printed that email and carry it with me when I carry my Restricted.

Didn't get checked by the police while carrying it tho.

If your new PAL says "Special Conditions Attached" then you're good to go. If not call the CFO and they'll fix it for you.

It is different than a new one after C-42. The new one has more special conditions like to a shooting range, peace officer for disposal, gunsmith, gun show and to port of exit/entry. When C-71 would pass (hopefully not!) then most of these conditions would become invalid except to a shooting range and from the
place where they acquire it to the place where they may possess it.

Special conditions can mean anything including must wear glasses, must not possess near ex wifes house, may possess at cottage, etc.

Special conditions isnt just the ATT.
