Do I need an ATT now or is it condition of PAL?

I just received my updated RPAL. I too noticed the paper identifying that it must accompany the plastic card. I mentioned to a buddy and he wasnt aware this is a must. I strongly suggest we all take a good look at the paperwork to ensure we arent committing any crimes. Im sure if we dont carry the paper along with our cards and get stopped, another reason to confiscate our firearms. Stay safe and shoot straight

No it's not. The only thing that says you need to carry that piece of paper with your license, is that piece of paper.

Or you could look at history, and see that License holders are virtually never, and even less often convicted of paper crimes. Know the law, follow it as best you can, don't over think it. Life is good. Enjoy it while it lasts.
