Revolving carbine?

Hey guys,

A while ago I saw a sponsor make a thread stating some new firearms they're bringing in, and one of those was a revolver carbine. They were claiming it non restricted which I was surprised but now I can't find that thread or which sponsor mentioned it
Anyone know anything about this?

I seem to believe there was a Rossi mentioned, it may be the Rossi Circuit Judge, but if it is built on a handgun base as the Alfa Proj Revolver Carbines, it will be restricted. The only non-restricted I know are the Uberti Colt SAA one linked to above and the percussion Uberti 1858 Remington BP Carbine. With any revolving carbine, you do need to be aware of the cylinder blast, if your arm is there.

The Rossi Circuit Judge has guards at the cylinder front the do a good job of minimizing blast. But it is restricted.
